Accompaniment to Appointments and Outings
Navigating daily activities can be challenging. Our companions are available to accompany clients to medical appointments, social events, recreational outings, or shopping trips, ensuring safety and providing assistance as needed.
3. Light Housekeeping
A clean and organized home contributes to overall well-being. Our homemakers assist with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation and laundering, to help maintain a comfortable living environment.
4. Maintaining Service Records
Transparency and communication are key to quality care. Our caregiver maintain a chronological written record of services provided, ensuring that clients and their families are informed and confident in the care received.
5. Monitoring and Reporting
We prioritize the health and safety of our clients. Any unusual incidents or changes in behavior are promptly reported to the designated case manager or responsible party, facilitating timely interventions when necessary.
6. Medication Reminders
While we do not administer medications, our companions can provide verbal reminders to clients to take their prescribed medications at the appropriate times, as requested by the client or their responsible party.
